Call Recording
Recall enables the recording of internal and external calls, the recording of extensions or lines, and recording on demand, on a permanent basis or according to a programmed schedule
The Recall family may be divided into 2 specific areas:
Recall CTI - designed for the recording either on demand (user or supervisor), or on a permanent basis, of calls made via extensions.
Recall ISDN - specifically designed to record all calls made via a specific ISDN trunk (Basic Rate Interface).

Recall CTI
Recall CTI has been specifically designed for call recording on demand (user or supervisor) and on a permanent basis in digital extensions.
Recall CTI employs a CTI protocol (TAPI, CSTA, ...) and the PBX’s* “Silent Intrusion” feature. According to the specific objective, the exact format may be chosen from among 3 options:
Recall CTI Supervisor: Recording on demand controlled by a supervisor
Recall CTI User: Recording on demand controlled by a user/agent
Recall CTI Permanent: Permanent recording for digital extensions

Recall CTI Supervisor (CallStream Interface):
Each supervisor is able to start and to stop the recording of any call, simply by selecting the relevant extension and clicking the on-screen options.

The supervisor interface incorporates an extension search tool.
Up to 36 extensions per group may be viewed simultaneously.

Streamline Desktop is a simple CRM tool which also enables the user to view the caller’s record and to add notes which are stored together with the calls. The user also has a complete history of his/her calls.
Recall CTI User (Streamline Desktop Interface):
All the recordings are stored in the server PC, and users may view and listen to the recordings made on their specific PCs, by means of the same “Streamline Desktop” interface.

Each user is able to record a call in his/her extension, simply by clicking a button on the PC.

Recall CTI Permanent
A “Recordings viewer” interface is available to allow the system administrator / supervisor to monitor which extensions are being recorded at any particular moment.

The extensions to be recorded on a permanent basis are configured via the “Setup” module in the PC designated as the CTI Server.

Recall ISDN has been specifically designed to record all calls made via a specific ISDN trunk.
Recall ISDN
Recall ISDN may be easily upgraded to record calls made via various ISDN trunks (Basic Rate Interfaces).
The device is made up of a hardware unit, connected in parallel to the ISDN / TR1 adapter and to the LAN, and “Server” software to setup the unit and create the database.
Installation of the unit is quick and simple.

Management of Recorded Calls
Recorded calls are stored in the Server PC in .wav format.
All versions of Recall ISDN and Recall CTI use the same software, “Recording Manager”, to administer the recorded calls.
The management software is used to listen to, delete and store recordings, and to create reports according to different search criteria
This software may be installed on any PC in the LAN.
Recorded calls may also be sent via e-mail

Search Criteria

Search for recordings by date and time.
Search for recordings by extension*.
Search by Called and Caller number* (including prefixes).
Search by Call type (incoming, outgoing).
Search for call recordings by duration.
The “Recording Manager” software allows the user to search for recorded calls using a number of different criteria.
