Fidelity TM enables the design and fulfillment of customized telemarketing campaigns

Case Study: A real estate company specializing in apartments on the mediterrean coast wants to launch an initial campaign in various European countries.

The Objecive: Generate 400 sales leads from 4000 calls to

homes in Germany & UK using specifically contracted temporary staff.

1) Design a specific campaign called “TM - Germany & UK” which includes: Guide to help agents, On-screen form for data collection and Automatic dialing.

2) Import the initial data to the database (List of phone numbers to be used).

3) Activate the campaign for a group of 4 temporary staff during 1 week. (Based on 25-30 calls per agent/hour).

4) Finally, the sales leads obtained are passed to full time sales specialists for use in specifically focused and detailed calls

The phone numbers are then imported and the supervisor activates the campaign with a 9am to 6pm

schedule.

In this case the “Phone” field is read only. The other 7 fields may be filled in by the agent.
