The sealed, maintenance-free agM lead battery type has a long operational lifetime. When used correctly, the absorbed glass Mat (agM) technology offers dependable, lasting service. additionally, agM batteries exhibit very little self-dischargewhen compared with other lead-acid batteries. Sealed lead-acid batteries require low maintenance and do not need to be refilled with water or other liquids. examples of applications for agM batteries are: security, UPS / emergency power, mobility scooters, boats, solar energy, electric scooters and cleaning machines.

Advantages of Cellpower AGM Batteries: • Low maintenance, refilling battery with water is unnecessary • Low self-discharge (3% per month at 20˚C) • long design life (5 to 12 years) • Capacities range from 0.8 to 3000 Ah • High discharge currents up to 10C • Battery is 98% recyclable • Can be discharged in any position • High energy density • Broad temperature range -20˚C to 50˚C

13CPW Cellpower Watt Series

Cellpower CPW Watt batteries have been specially designed foremergency power applications. Measured in accordance with the strictestindustrial standards, these agM batteries offer the maximum attainable lifespan. To achieve this feat, Cellpower uses computer models and automatedproduction techniques to generate the optimal design and ensure only thebest materials are selected.

Compared to other sealed batteries with similar dimensions, the batteries inthe Cellpower Watt series have a higher energy density. This is reflected inmore Watts per cel.

The batteries are covered by a standard three year factory warranty.additionally, the warranty can be conditionally increased to a five yearwarranty on materials and assembly. In this regard, Cellpower distinguishesitself with highly unique warranty conditions. This service level has made theCellpower Watt series the preferred choice for many UPS and NO-BREAK systems manufacturers.

17CPX Cellpower Xtreme Series

The Cellpower CPX series has been designed specifically for extremecyclic use. Compared to other batteries with the same housing dimensions,Cellpower CPX batteries achieve significantly more cycles – between 20%and 30%.

by using the most modern production techniques and materials, thisextremely robust battery series has been specially developed for mobileapplications. The batteries are assembled using a special high pressure method, guaranteeing maximum reliability under the most demanding conditions. additionally, the batteries’ low internal resistance prevents large voltage drops under heavy current loads, such as during acceleration.

Because the AGM batteries in the Cellpower CPX series have beendeveloped for extreme cyclic use, they can be intensively charged anddischarged many times.

19CPT Cellpower Traction Series

For cyclic applications which require larger semi-traction batteries,Cellpower offers the CPT series. These heavy-duty batteries have beendeveloped for highly demanding cyclic applications where they are frequentlysubject to deep discharge cycles.

The batteries are completely sealed, maintenance-free and equipped with robust, vibration-proof housings. additionally, the battery has been designed in such a way that it can be easily installed in the machine from above.

The CPT series is highly suited for professional use in cyclic applications, such as scrubbing and sweeping machines.

as a battery is discharged more deeply, the batteriesservice life becomes shorter. This applies to all leadbatteries also agM and gel batteries experience thiseffect. Cellpower has a solution: the Cellpower Batteryguard will switch off the battery’s load in time toguarantee the battery is not discharged more deeply thanthe specifications indicate. The battery guard prevents a reduction in the battery’s charging cycles.

Features• 10 programs for under- and overvoltage• MOSFET switch prevents sparking• alarm terminal to alert users to low voltage (not included with BG 10 and BG 18)

For vehicles and boats with an internal combustion engine, the Cellpower Battery Separator is particularly recommended. This separation relay divides the charging current between the starter battery and the other batteries, ensuring that the charging process is properlymanaged.

The Cellpower separation relay is also known as a batteryseparator, and guarantees that the starter battery (theprimary battery) is charged first. The secondary battery will only be charged after the starter battery is fully charged.

Features• Prevents voltage drops across terminals• Protects the secondary battery against overvoltage• ensures the starter battery is always charged• equipped with a starter assist terminal (bipolar)

Many mobile workshops, service trucks and constructiontrailers use equipment that is connected to a 230 VACpower supply.

Provided that the equipment remains inside the mobileworkshop (and the workshop is mounted on rubberwheels), there is no risk of current leakage to ground. However, once equipment is taken outside the workshop, there is a chance that an earth fault may occur. in suchcases the person operating the equipment may receive anelectric shock.

Cellpower has designed the Insulation Guard (insulationprotector) specifically for these situations. It can be used in combination with DC/AC invertors, invertor/charger combinations, and generators.

Features• Prevents ground faults in mobile applications• Suitable for use with inverters, inverter/charger combinations and generators• Can be mounted quickly due to plug-and-play construction• Does not require grounding rod

For electric vehicles powered by 12VDC or 24VDC, the Cellpower Battery Alert system offers two alarm programs. These can be adjusted for various terminal voltages.Once the battery reaches this voltage level, the batteryalarm signals the user with an acoustic alarm. This notifiesthe user that the batteries should be recharged beforecontinuing operation.

Furthermore, this Cellpower battery product offers a third program which is intended as a universal terminal voltage alarm for 12VDC and 24VDC systems. Due to thisextra alarm terminal, the product can also be used as astart/stop controller for generators and battery chargers.

Features• 7 alarm programs for undervoltage• 5 alarm programs for overvoltage• Acoustic alarm & extra alarm terminal• Suitable for use as start/stop controller

When docked in a harbor or marina, boats are oftenelectrically connected to the shore by the shore-sidepower supply’s ground. as a result, the boats are alsoconnected to each other.

This situation is potentially dangerous as the boat’s metal components may degrade or corrode. To prevent this from happening, Cellpower offers the Galvanic Isolator. Because this battery product prevents boats from corroding, it is alsoknown as the “corrosion stopper”.

Features• equalizes voltage differential between various metal components• Prevents corrosion of the boat’s metal parts• lighter and smaller than an isolation transformer

When two 12V batteries are connected in series (24V set), a voltage differential will develop between these batteries over time. This results in different charginglevels and which can significantly shorten thebatteries’ life spans.

The Cellpower Battery Equalizer is the solution for thisproblem. it ensures that the individual batteries’ voltageswill remain balanced when the batteries are charged.

Features• equalizes voltage differential between batteries• increases battery lifespan• Suitable for use with two 12V batteries

Battery monitors can be used to indicate the status of a battery. Cellpower offerstwo product series for this type of product: the bW series and the bMM series.

Monitors in the battery Watch (bW) series display information about the battery’svoltage levels, indicating the battery’s charging status. in addition, the monitors cansound an alarm signal once the battery has reached a certain voltage.

Monitors in the Battery Monitoring Module (BMM) series can be used to finddefective batteries in battery banks wired in series. If a defective battery is discovered, the monitor will sound an alarm signal.

Features• bW monitors display battery’s charging status• Automatic voltage detection by BW monitors (12VDC or 24 VDC)• bMM monitors display whether batteries function correctly• BMM series voltage range: 20VDC – 760VDC
