Consolidation of review of background information on ESCos, in Europe and Spain, esp. concerning successful experiences and their possible local replication (ECODES)

Any delay, compare to what have been foreseen?URBIC needs more time to complete

efficiency/economic analysis of electrical/thermal installations in residential buildings.
