In this context, I would like to state that I have gone through the reply furnished by the CPIO on 26/04/2017 and through his reply, he has already intimated you about the information, as sought vide your Online RTI Application, under reference. However, it is further stated that as per Para-12.C of the Notice of Recruitment for Advt. No.ER-03/2015 (published in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar dated 22-28 August 2015), along with other instructions, candidates were clearly intimated that- “The Commission will have the full discretion to fix separate minimum qualifying marks in Examination/Skill Test/Screening Test/Personality Test/Interview for each category of candidates [viz.SC/ST/OBC/PH(PWD)/ExS/General(UR)].” Accordingly, as per Para-12.C of the Notice of Recruitment for Advt. No.ER-03/2015, the Commission decided to fix the Minimum Cut Off Marks for UR, OBC and SC/ST/PH/EXS candidates as 35%, 30% and 25% respectively. It is further stated that there was only 01 (one) one SC Candidate who had secured the Minimum Cut Off Marks as fixed for UR candidates. Therefore, he had been considered against the UR Vacancy. None of the remaining candidates belonging to SC Category, including yourself, secured Minimum Cut Off Marks fixed for SC Category candidates i.e. 25% Marks in the Written Examination. Therefore, 02 (two) SC Vacancies could not be filled up for want of suitable SC Category Candidates. 3. So far as your candidature is concerned, it is statedthat as per the records available with this Office, you were a candidate for the said post with Roll No.2530200260 and had secured 37 Marks out of total 200 Marks i.e. 18.50% Marks which is less than the Cut Off Marks fixed for the SC Category Candidates. Therefore, your candidature was not considered for any SC vacancy. The details of Marks obtained by the candidates for the said post, who appeared at the Written Examination held on 23/07/2016 including you, are still available in the Public Domain i.e. website of SSC(ER) i.e. www.sscer.org [Link: http://www.sscer.org/MATTER/Marks_Result_RIF_Cat_ER_02_Advt_ER_03_2015.pdf]. 4. All those candidates who appeared at the said Written Examination, including you, were called for Document Verification. Therefore, appearing at the Document Verification does not confer any right for calling for PET/PST/ME for for Recruitment to the Post of Sub-Inspector (Fire)(Cat. No.ER-01/Advt. NO.ER-03/2015).

You belong to OBC Category and obtained 42.5 out of total 200 Marks i.e 21.25% in the Written Examination. But Cut-off Marks fixed by the Commission for OBC Category candidates was 30% for calling in the PET/PST/ME for Recruitment to the said Post and, therefore, you were not called for PET/PST/ME.

5. Those candidates obtained equal to or more than the Cut-off Marks (Category wise), as mentioned against Query No.3 above, were called for the Physical Endurance Test.

Respected sir, Combined Graduate Level (Tire-I) Exam-2015 was held On 9th and 16th August 2015 both in forenoon and afternoon session each day at Tiljala Brajanath Vidyapith, 129/1, Picnic Garden Road, Kolkata- 700039, Phone- 03323434877. Venue Details--- Centre- KOLKATA, Centre Code- 4410, Sub Centre Code 40, Venue No. 4410/40. Being an invigilator of the same Exam Venue I was an eye-witness of embezzling of public money by the venue supervisor Sri Surya Kumar Tripathi. Specifically on 9th August 2015 he recruited only 26 invigilators instead of 36 to fulfil his bad intention. And some unauthorised persons (they are not staff/faculty member of the venue- School, and most probably not teachers / employees of colleges /institutions or govt./ Central public sector employees) were also recruited as invigilators of the Exam. Grievances lodged by me in this regard as a whistleblower on the very next day 10th August 2015 to the SSC ER Kolkata through PG portal. Having no result, series of grievances lodged repeatedly providing more and more specific information to help your scrutinizing procedure. (DOPAT/E/2015/02445, DOPAT/E/2015/03371, DOPAT/E/2015/03713 and DOPAT/E/2015/04060). Through the feelings of a sting of conscience I sought your help in this regard but unfortunately till date it has not been disposed.
