CONCLUSION
The 1st edition of the EHPPA days was a real succes as very good feedbacks were received from most of the participants and from both sides (supplier and public procurer).
The format of the event was completely new and innovative for several reasons:
- Conference and B2B meetings on public procurement of innovative solutions in the healthcare sector during the same event
- Two days dedicated to facilitate the connexion between healthcare public procurers and innovative companies
- Easy interaction between the public and private sector
- European perimeter: 17 European countries represented with public procurers from all other Europe
As this format of event doesn’t exist in Europe and because it was much appreciated by the participants from both sides, the EHPPA association will reconduct the organisation of the event with a second edition in 2019. This next edition will be organised in London.
In order to improve the actual format, all feedbacks made by the participants will be taken in consideration. To ensure more participants (especially from the suppliers side) and a better European representation (more than 17 countries), the organisation of the event will start of in 2018.
