CONSTRUCTION of the new $120million luxury Rivershores development inNorth Fremantle has begun.

The joint project between WA buildingcompany Jaxon and Northbank Bridges isset to become one of WA’s most desirableresidential addresses. Featuring 58 lavishapartments, a gymnasium, swimming pool,recreation area, waterfront café and a 163-bay basement car park, Rivershoreswill enjoy sweeping views of the SwanRiver and Fremantle harbour.

The launch of the development in late2007 resulted in wide interest, with morethan 40 per cent of the apartments soldduring the first expression of interest.

Jaxon will work with marketerWatersun Property and architects Hassellto deliver the residential development.

Jaxon general manager Peter Gouliossaid Rivershores is a significant milestonein the firm’s expanding portfolio of large-scale property developments in Perth.

“It is a very exciting time for Jaxon. The
