How do you define the problem? Who decides there is a problem? Who owns the problem? What are the solutions? Who sees this problem too?
Solution Concept
Use diagrams for Users Interaction Don’t’ make them think! Design pages for Scanning, not reading Use Wireframes or visual diagrams to express the
design concept When creating navigation flows, think a web
experience as a road trip; you need a clear path and street signs.
Think Accessibility, Cascading Style Sheets
User Experience
What is the product and its characteristics? Which market does it serve? Who are the existing/potential customers? What factors, other than customer characteristics and
marketing efforts, will influence their buying? Which threats and opportunities this market
presents? In what ways can this product become financially
viable? What is it distinctive value proposition?
Business Opportunity
Identify the solution’s specific components (API’s) with their relationships and specific interfaces to be used.
A detailed list of the API’s used with a diagram that illustrates these API’s and their relationship makes a great communication device
Try to think as building blocks and how they will communicate each other.
Try to isolate common functions activities as modules/interfaces.
