Selfishness and lust for power, pleasure as well as hate

and malice was and is the cause of all sin. These kinds ofsins were the cause of all murders and shedding of blood.

Such dispositions are described in the form of a powerful

and seductive harlot that destroys all she touches. Such

harlotry was found in Rome at that time, and places like

the French Quarters in New Orleans today!

You cant separate the woman and the beast just as you

cant separate Las Vegas and gambling or the French

Quarter and sex orterrorist nations and hate.Each gives the other its power.Debauchery gave Rome

its drawing power in such things as the gladiators.

Rome, in turn, protected its debauchery.

Just try getting Vegas to outlaw gambling! Gambling

makes Vegas and Vegas protects gambling.

This may refer to the kings who will join Rome,

such as those that had come from theEast

(16:12-14) or it may refer to the kings who will

come in the future.

The number 10 would be symbolic of power.

It shows that Rome will have access to all the

powers that be to defeatGod and his cause,

however, this unity will only last for one hour.

Daniel 2 prophesied that Rome would be composed

of various peoples which would weaken the nation.

They were not able to homogenize them into one

kingdom. They were to be part iron and part clay which could not cleave to each other.Nations do

turn again their friends at any time it helps them.

thing today!)

This will self-destruct any world power!
