REVE EPS- Product Guide (Ver. 3.0.0.6)

REVE EPS Console Dashboard:

The console dashboard gives the details about status of endpoints, signature date, activity summary and license status.

Network Devices:

This wizard shows the complete list of devices discovered by REVE EPS.

The system installed with EPS Client will be shown as installed under installation status.

The discovered devices can be searched using IP or Name.

Clients:

This is the list of systems installed with REVE EPS Client.

The details like group, clients and the type of policy applied can be determined from here.

Clients > Group Tasks > Create Group:

This menu allows admin to create different groups as per their requirement. The clients can be moved/assigned to the created groups accordingly.

Clients > Group Tasks > Delete Group: This wizard allows admin to delete the particular group. To delete group here select the group needs to be deleted and click on ‘Delete Group’

Clients > Group Tasks > Add member to a group:

This wizard allows admin to add client to an existing group. To perform this group needs to be selected and desired client required

to be moved to the right box by clicking on ‘Add member’ Then click on ‘submit’

Clients > Group Tasks > Apply/Change Policy: This option allows to change or apply the policy for group. The policy can be selected from list and applied to the group.

Clients > Group Tasks > Group Scan

All the clients within a group can be scanned by admin remotely. The scan type can be selected accordingly to perform on clients.

Clients > Group Tasks > Group Update Admin can trigger the remote update to the entire group from console itself.

Clients > Client Tasks > Client Scan

This option allows EPS admin to conduct the scan on particular client machine remotely.

Clients > Client Tasks > Client Update Signature update for particular client can be pushed from here.

Clients > Client Tasks > Change Group

From this menu the client can be moved to other existing groups.

Clients > Client Tasks > Asset Information The asset details like OS name, Total memory, HDD Size etc., can be obtained from here.

Clients > Client Tasks > Activation Information

The client activation details like product type, validity, version etc. are available under ‘Activation Information’

Policies: This page lists all designed policies. It allows admins to Add/Create several types of policies like device control, application control, web control, firewall etc., It also facilitates the admin to Delete/Edit the already created policies with ease.

Policies > Create New Policy > Device Control

Device control policy can be designed to restrict the removable storage devices.

Policies > Create New Policy > Application Control

The applications from several categories can be blocked for your entire EPS network.

Custom applications can also be added to restricted list.

Policies > Create New Policy > Web Control

The websites belonging to 50 different categories can be blocked/filtered.

The feature can be kept as Block or Surveillance mode.

Policies > Create New Policy > Uninstall Protection

This restricts the unauthorized uninstallation of eps clients from endpoints.

Policies > Create New Policy > Firewall

A robust software firewall provides centralized configuration.

It provides option to create the firewall rules based on protocol, port or custom.

Port Scan and Stealth Mode gives protection from intrusion providing an extra layer of security.

Admin > Information > License Information:

The license details can be obtained from this page.

The client installation can be allowed/denied from ‘Allow Installation’ toggle button.

Admin > Information > Personal Information:

The details of registered EPS administrator available here.

Admin > Tasks > Change Password:

This wizard facilitates EPS admin to reset/change the console login password.

Admin > Tasks > Change Activation Key:

Provide your new product key and serial key here to change the activation key.

Reports:

The different types of reports with details can be found here.

The reports can be filtered/searched by date, group name and username.
