RGUKT Basara Admission Fee Payment-USER MANUAL Screen 1: Canditate should approach any APOnline/Meeseva center for applying admissions into RGUKT, Then the operator should enter the valid URL,the following screen will be displayed.

Screen 2: Enter valid USER ID and PASSWORD and click on LOGIN button then the following screen will

be displayed. Then select the “ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMISSION FOR RGUKT Basar” link in home page.

Screen 3: After clicking on the “ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMISSION FOR RGUKT Basara” link following screen will be displayed. Enter all the Mandatory fields and click on Preview Application.

Screen 4: After clicking on “Preview Application” button, the following screen will be displayed.Click on “Edit Application” for editing candidate information and “Submit & Print Application” for submitting the application.

Screen 5: After clicking on “Submit&PrintApplication” button, the following screen will be displayed with submitted details of the student. Please note the “Application ID” for fee payment process.

Screen 6: For print copy of the submitted application form, click on “Print Application Form” button as shown in the screen below.

Screen 7: Then the Franchisee operator should click on “List of Services” in the APOnline home page

link as shown in the below screen.

Screen 8: After clicking on the “List of Services” link, following screen will be displayed and select the required SERVICE link as “RGUKT Basara Admission Fee Payment”.

Screen 9: After clicking on the “RGUKT Application Fee Payment” link following screen will be displayed.

Screen 10: Select “Yes & Confirm” for submitting the RGUKT Basara Application Form as shown in the screen below

Screen 11: After clicking on the “Yes & Confirm button” button following scrren will be displayed with a text box where RGUKT Application ID should be entered. Then click on show details button as shown in the screen below

Screen 12: After clicking on “Show Details” button, the following screen will be displayed with candidates information and the amount to be paid by the candidate.

Screen 13: After clicking on “Show Payment” button, the following screen will be displayed with candidates information and the amount to be paid by the candidate. Select the check box and Click on confirm payment button as shown in the screen below.

Screen 13: After clicking on “Confirm Payment” button, a payment receipt is generated as shown in the screen below.

Screen 14: After clicking on Confirm Payment button the following Receipt will be displayed.

Click on Print button for taking the printout of the receipt. Click on List of Services for go back

to the services page. Click on Continue button for going back to RGUKT payment page as

shown in the below screen. Keep the Transaction ID for filling the Application and Futher

Purpose.
