During the Registration, Campers will receive the following :- One Camporama T-shirt - 1 Camporama Hat
( DR – Kids size, AR & above – Adult size ) - 1 Camporama ID Badge & Lanyard - Hat Pins - Campers’ handbook
- Foldable bed (For the 1st 500 register campers only. Volunteer will have to pay $40 for the bed, it is for them to keep.)
Pins Exchange …• Campers will be given :
- one Camp Pin- ‘X’ no. Of Rangers’ Code pins- and ‘X’ number of FCBC/ OP19
• Campers will keep one pins of each type for themselves• Campers need to go around to exchange pins with campers
from other churches. • Pins can also be earned through providing services … ( Eg Be
kitchen helper to wash apple, clean tables, etc…)
Patrol
• The camporama activities are designed to suit a patrol of minimum 8 and maximum 12 individuals.
• This comprises of kids and 1-2 patrol adult leaders aged 18 and above.
• The leader (father) is encouraged to participate with the kids in all the activities which the patrol joins.
Camp Rules
Gender appropriate dressing & Behaviour
• Camporama is a Christian camp. • Individuals are expected to be modestly attired throughout the camp. • Campers are expected to behave appropriately when relating to
campers of the opposite gender. • Males are to have their T-shirt on during all activities and when moving
from point to point, including from classroom to bathrooms. • Females are required to wear shorts of appropriate length with properly
covered tops at all times.• For those who do not have any RR T-shirt, they are encouraged to
purchase them at the Camp Store. However, they are permitted wear their T-shirt for activities and night services.
• During the day activity, all Rangers and commanders are to adhere to the proper activities attire.
Activity Attire• Top: RR T-shirt preferred. Alternative is any regular T-shirt• Bottom: Knee length Bermudas, Jeans or Track pants• Footwear: Socks and sport shoes• Inline skating: Socks need to be worn • No one is allowed to play barefooted • Sandals and slippers will not be permitted to be worn during
activities
Dress code for Night Services & Morning Devotion
• Morning devotion on 29 Nov (Thursday) : Camp T-shirt and knee length bermudas, jeans or track pants.
• Morning devotion of 30 Nov & 1 Dec: Activity attire • Night Services : RR uniform(if available). Alternative attire is RR T-shirt and jeans/pants.
Going Off Site
• Any individual who needs to leave the campground after he has registered must inform their outpost/church to obtain permission before seeking approval from the Camporama committee.
• Every individual who leaves and return to the camp grounds must notify security.
• No outpost/church is permitted to leave the Camporama ground on the grounds of purchasing meals or grocery.
• Any consideration to leave the Camporama grounds needs to be approved by Cmdr Boon Onn and Camporama Director (Cmdr Tan Joo Kwang) or National Commander (Cmdr Eng Kiat) and officially noted with Camp security.
Security & Visitor
• Families, parents, church members and leaders who visit the Camporama to observe or visit will be regarded as visitors.
• Visiting hours: 9am to 5pm.• All visitors will be required to register with security and are
required to sign in and out for security purposes. • Visitors will not be permitted to park their vehicles in the
school compound.• Visitors are not allowed to roam freely or to participate in
any of the camporama activities and all outpost/churches need to accompany the visitors at any given point of time.
Child Abuse Prevention
• All suspected child abuse at Camporama must be reported immediately to the Camporama Director (Comdr Tan Joo Kwang) or National Commander ( Cmdr Eng Kiat).
• Child abuse will not be tolerated. Child abuse reports will be kept confidential and alleged offenders will be dealt with severely.
Banned Items & Activities
• Mahjong and gambling-related activities will not be permitted.
• Electronic games and headphones are not encouraged to be brought to the Camporama.
• Tobacco, alcohol, and any personal devices which may cause personal injury (eg. Boomberang, catapult..etc) are also not permitted.
Sick Bay & Medical Issues
• The sick bay is located behind the canteen and will be manned by a qualified medical professional.
• Any camper who is not feeling well should report to the sick bay with their commander/leader.

Night Services
• Only specially invited guests, such as Pastors, church leadership are permitted to attend the evening services of Camporama.
• All non camp visitors will be required to register with us and are required to sign in and out for security purposes.
• Night Program : Welcome & Entertainments, Worship, Message, Ministry Time
• There are two services per nights. AR and above & DR group.

Meals

LUNCH) • Exchange your meal coupon for food for stall holders• Popular stalls are likely to have longer queues and food is
available while stocks last.• All meals are to be eaten in the canteen only. • Dispose the uneaten food in rubbish bins and return their
own cutlery at the designated collection points.
Accommodation
• Accommodation for all campers will be in non-air conditioned classrooms. Classroom will be allocated strictly single-gender (i.e. male or female room).
• Female campers will be accompanied by female commanders.

Dorm Rules and Duties
• Dorm in-charge will be assigned - to manage the hygiene - orderliness of their classroom
• Keys will not be given for locking the doors of the classroom. As such, valuables are not to be stored in the room.
• Campers are not permitted to sleep on the classroom tables and the air-conditioner (if any) is not to be used.
• Campers are not allowed to enter the opposite gender classroom; unless for special reason such as first aid etc…
• Can I charge my hand phone in the classroom? Take care of your own belongings.
