‘Two years ago, when attending a big conference for entrepreneurs, I was sitting in the audience, listening to a

keynote. Everybody around me was working on their mobile devices. That didn’t make sense to me. I thought it was a wasted opportunity to actually do something. To use our knowledge, make new connections. I missed any form of action. That’s when I got the idea for Rockstart Answers.’

Rockstart Answers is important for startups, and for other

organizations in the startup space. So thanks for coming, and enjoy!

How do we increase the stickiness of our app?!

Give power to the users

by

crowdsourcing the research (wikipedia model). Make a super easy

dashboard in which users can see how well they do & brag about it to

friends. Track people’s buying behavior, and show their

How can we be successful when the end-user

(emplyee) is different from the buyer (management)?"!

You can be successful when you can show that through Achieved

employees are put lessons from their courses into practice. To get here, ask

management to define 'lessons to learn' and show MT insights in

results. Give companies a taste, build a few well-documented (paid) pilots with trustworthy partners and make

the end user super happy. It also takes offline monitoring and

motivation to help users get the most out of it.

How do we determine (upfront) whether a new development is a critical feature of the platform or a useless gimmick? !The difference between a gimmick and critical feature lies in the needs of your biggest client/lead. Make a circle of entrepreneurs that will beta test new features, this circle is your compass. Track how many people click on fake feature buttons. And make users vote for ideas. Involvement creates more engagement -> ambassadors -> leads.

What benefits do you see by implementing GiveO2 in your company?"!Employee satisfaction rises when they know their company is doing something good. Incentivize users for heavy usage, e.g. company field trips or department-bases bonuses. GiveO2 can also be a marketing tool to show how sustainable your company is, stand-alone or in comparison to other companies. Give users a visible offset that they can share with others can show.

Which of the three business models (free, branded or corporate) do you think we should go for and why?"!In answering your question, the audience was radically divided. These are the votes: Free market (7), Branded (7), Intra-corporate (7), Hybrid forms (6).That's why we summarized the best answers (in the eyes of the editor).!!Go for the branded model. It helps to build a solid case, including PR -> helps to convince companies to set up intra-corporate cases -> helps to make individuals recycle cans their daily lives.!!Your challenge is all about changing behavior of can users. Have you tested well enough what drives him/her? Why would she participate? How will she benefit?
