If you need additional help, please watch our YouTube video; USA training video https://youtu.be/59jN1x2LYxk Tools required for the install Grinder, black marker, Drill, tape measure, Philips head screw driver, 3.5mm (0 9/64”) pilot drill, 13mm (0 33/64”) drill bit, 7mm (0 9/32”) drill bit, 7/16” spanner, depth stop/drill sleeve Identify any interference with the installation of the frames & or anchor points. Mark the positioning of the shelving within the vehicle Cut posts down to suit your vehicles height. Measure the inside of your vehicle from floor to ceiling (Cut posts with Wetsaw, Dropsaw, Hacksaw, Grinder etc). Cut at 1 1/32" Intervals Pre-assemble the shelving out of the vehicle. Refer to assembly instructions provided 1: Use template provided in instructions to mark the holes for the Cant Rail Anchor locations. Refer to Cant rail instructions provided 2: Drill the holes (use centre punch) 3: Attached and install reinforcement plate, behind cant rail bracket and universal anchor bracket. Then mount the frame to the universal anchor bracket Refer to Cant rail instructions provided 4:Mount the inertia bracket to the rear of the shelving frame. This bolts to the rear cant rail/bulk head of the vehicle Refer to Cant rail & Assembly instructions provided If you are joining 2 cabinets within the 8 series shelving horizontally, you will need 1 x RSBAR/80. Then use plastic plugs provided to determine where you want to place your shelves, before you use the dog point screws to anchor the shelves in www.rolacase.com
