APPLICATIONS
SACHA systems combines acquisition and recorder functions in an ultra compact and modular housing built with long life and reliable materials.
SACHA exists in 3, 6 and 8 slots version, with 1, 4 or 6 extension slots.
Easy to install and optimally suited for industrial applications SACHA supports a full set of analog and digital inputs :
Analog signal : voltage, strain gauge, accelerometers, potentiometer, temperatures, with analog filters options
Digital bus : CAN, serial lines, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC, DIGIBUS. Possible to adjust its internal FPGAs to any kind of specific bus.
Video : PAL/NTSC inputs, Audio.
SACHA acquisitions are stored on local SSD. Measurements can be simultaneously broadcasted through Ethernet or PCM link.
SACHA can also be used as a single recorder for external devices such as ADAS video encoders or other manufacturers' devices.
SACHA battery (optional) is a perfect protection against platform power losses. It can also act as an autonomous power supply when no other power source is available.
SACHA is an open system running LINUX. Fully user programmable,
SACHA can be used for other functions than strictly data acquisition and recording.

SACHA is a complete line of analog and digital
acquisition/recorder systems designed to challenge flight
and field testing in harsh environment.
SACHA offers optimal prerequisites to acquire highly
reliable measurements from sensors such as voltage,
strain gauge, accelerometers, potentiometer,
temperatures and from most popular ground or avionic
buses.
SACHA stores measurements on local SSD memory and
simultaneously broadcast them through an Ethernet or
PCM link.

EIHN card is part of the SARI-NG concept for isochronous
acquisition of 16 high level analog voltages.
Analog inputs are isolated from Pc to avoid ground loops.
Programmable gains per channel to get dynamics from ±
51,2 V PE to ± 5,12 V PE. The card is thus a nice
complement to EIBN board.
With a robust design, EIHN board can be used for voltage
measurements or pseudo-numeric parameters.

Board EIGP both conditions and gets 8 IEPE channels, tensions, strain gauges, potentiometers, resistances…, in two groups of the same nature.
The board is integrated in SARI or SACHA boxes to built compact and rugged acquisition systems.

EISO board is designed for harsh environment, it includes
4 analog inputs isolated from each other and from system
(500 V)
The input levels range from ± 10,24 V to ± 10 mV PE
through a programmable gain instrumentation amplifier
from 1 to 1024 in 2n
Input impedance is 1MΩ and protection is ± 40V, board
being on or off.
16-bit encoding is isochronous and has a digital
decimation filter 1, 4, 16, 128.
An adjustable symmetrical supply from 0 to ± 12 V (IOUT =
30 mA) and a constant power generator (1 mA) run the sensor
conditioning : LEM ; PT100 ; PJ ... ; SHUNT, etc...

EDIO board is based on an all-static technology. The board offers 24 TTL I/O, isolated in 6 4-channels pools.
Each pool is isolated from each other and from system. Each pool can be programmed as inputs or outputs.
For the inputs, the 4 channels are type optocoupler
bidirectional 28 V nomi / 10 mA.
For the outputs, the 4 channels are type relays A (N0) with a common.
This offers various opportunities to acquire or issue ‘‘+28

EIRS board has been built to manage multiprotocol serial
links, it includes 12 serial links : 8 x RS 485 and 4 x RS
232.
With the galvanic isolation of each channel, the card
provides very high immunity for the devices in common
mode.
RS 232 links includes various modes : RX, TX, CTS and
RTS with rates up to 1Mbps.
RS 485/ RS 422 links manage fast 20 Mbps and low 250
Kbps rates.
Line adaptation is programmable and the line is high
impedance if the board is not powered or if a default has been
detected.
EIRS board manages a great deal of protocols, related to electric

acquire analog and digital isochronous parameters for
SACHA and SARI systems. The board provides the power
supply necessary to the different boards in the rugged
systems.
The board provides 60 W power from the 28V network
with a wide input range.

EDIG board manages the interface of a redundant
DIGIBUS avionic bus. The board is intended to built
embedded operating system, to run bus espionage
together with ADAS recorders.
EDIG board includes three basic functions :
Bus manager: runs the procedure line of the
DIGIBUS bus,
Multi-subscribers: manage several subscribers,
Full espionage: all traffic of the redundant bus is
captured and dated.
Dating is synchronized with SACHA clock. The clock can be controlled
either on an IRIG-B source or through PTP V2 network.
Several triggers outputs run triggering on bus conditions.
DIGIBUS GAM T101 INTERFACE BOARD EDIG
MAIN FEATURES
Bus manager
Application provides a description of DIGIBUS traffic that is placed
in the flash card.
The traffic rate can be controlled with an external clock or an
external logic signal.
Subscriber management
Application defines the subscribers managed with the board and
the exchanges to be reported. The application reads data received
or provides data to issue.
Card memory fully managed up to 32 subscribers together.
Full espion
The full redundant traffic bus is captured, dated and available for
the application. There are qualification bits with each byte : bit V,
parity, missing echo, …
Filtering
Card can be configured to recognize a particular exchange that
generates a pulse on a logic output (top synchro). This allows for
example to synchronize acquisitions or external investigation tool
Dating Board has a dating input synchronous to the SACHA date. This
date can be slaved to IRIG-B or PTP V2 input.

The SPU-QA6 board is the heart of the SARI/SACHA
acquisition system.
Based on a standard Q7 module, it provides multiple high
performance communication channels:
Front panel: Ethernet, used for IEEE1588, Serial
(RS485, RS232C), TTL (used for NMEA GPS), I/O port,
Synchro signal, I/O digital IRIG B,
Backplane: USB 2.0 , SATA, 1 lane PCI express, I²C,
CAN
Signal routed to mother board are usable on extension
slots for options such as I/O boards, storage etc.
The SPU-QA6 runs a LINUX operation system with a 3.4.4
kernel. It is optimized for fast system initialization.
ADAS also proposes a development tool kit.
