June2010 – Current - SG Productions London Manager

Managing and recruiting staff, overseeing all aspects to running the venue. This included, hiring staff, arranging advertising with magazines, organising flyers, whilst attending to the general running of the venue including, stocking, stock takes, audits, rotas, payroll, cashing up and entering data into the customer database. This all aided in building reputation of high quality of events. Currently I have created and I am running two of London's biggest events.

Nov 2006 June 2010 Crown Paints Enfield, London Store ManagerManaging a trade center for the Crown Paints brand with a turnover of a half a million pounds a year. Achieving targets for paint and sundry sales and delivering a high quality of service to customers whilst controlling costs, keeping within a set budget and maintaining a high level of efficiency. Successful sales and people management experience gained, and a high level of customer service skills, excellent organizational and administrative skills. My role involved sales, advertising, cash handling, stock counts, auditing, stock control and teamwork.

Sept 2003 – Oct 2006 Greeting Card Group Enfield, London Store Manger / Area Manager

Managing a retail store for The Greeting Cards Group located within a busy shopping center. Overseeing a team of 5 people. The role involved cash handling, payroll duties, stocktaking, stocking shelves, ordering, serving customers, administration. During my time within the Enfield branch I was offered the challenge of increasing the sales within a failing store in Ilford, after accepting the offer the store increased its turnover three fold within three months. Due to my successes within the company I was trained and

performed as an Area Manager for 8 months.

Aug 2000 Aug 2003 – McDonalds Southgate, London Assistant Manager

Reporting to the Store manager I was responsible for daily operations involving kitchen areas and till fronts. Main duties included preparing food, serving customers, keeping all food stocks rotated and following health and hygiene to the strictest standards. During my shift I would run a team of up to ten staff. Other duties included cleaning, ordering stock and training. I also received first aid training
