Hurricane Harvey August 25th 2017

100% Communication was made with all employees within 48 hours.Thermon’s President and CEO

assembled a team to determined the needs of each affected employee.

- 31 Employees were evacuated from their homes

- 22 Employees sustained damage

- 16 Employee homes were flooded

Eight construction projects were shutdown due to the flooding which totaled 82 plus hourly construction

personnel

Impact of Harvey

- 16 employee homes- each was identified as a project and assigned a management team

- 60 out of the 82 employees were assigned to the disaster relief projects

- Project kick off meetings, SAP’s & daily JSA’s were conducted

- HSE Dept. conducted 7 audits/Management 2 audits

- Ordered supplies such as, HVAC, dehumidifiers, fans, & general cleaning supplies. Estimated 50k

- Accumulated over 7,200 safe work hours
