Injection Molding / Plastic

Suitable for a largervolume, when plasticproducts are to be massproduced (1K to 10K). Wewill provide the advice onwhich application to gowith on each project.

Metal Die Casting

The larger volumesolution for metal parts,from Aluminium, Zinc &Magnesium. Die Casting isone of the majorapplications in Shape.

Surface FinishingsApplied to both Plastic& Metal Parts

From anodizing toplating topowder coatings andscreen printing. We areproud of our post-machining skills. Wemake parts look nice.

Vacuum Casting

The vacuum castingservice produces qualitypolyurethane casted partsat low cost. Our vacuumcasting capability can fitsize up to size can be upto 1.5m*1m, withshrinkage rate 0.03%.

Rapid Tooling

With urethane, epoxy, orsilicone castings, our rapidtooling process allows us toproduce small volume buthigh functionality of parts.Details such as color, textureand threaded inserts can beincorporated.

First Article Inspection

All the machined partsare being inspected withdetailed dimensioninspection report againstthe print prior toshipping, as well as thepictures of the parts,packaging etc. to ensureparts are 100% accurate.
