Die Produktion erfolgt gemäß Festle-gungen der TAIM.

Nur zugelassene Dübel verwenden. Montage gemäß DIN EN 13964 aus-

führen. Bautoleranzen prüfen. Örtliche Bauauflagen und Vorschriften

der Bauaufsicht beachten. Wandanschlüsse auf sichere Befestigung,

insbesondere auf Wandbewegungen prüfen.

STRECKMETALLPLATTE

Streckmetallplatten haben, bedingt durch den Werkstoff, scharfkantige Ränder, die durch Einschluss in ein Profil oder Ähnliches umhüllt werden müssen, um die Verlet-zungsgefahr bei der Montage zu minimie-ren. Je nach ästhetischer Anforderung wird außerdem die optische Wirkung des Desi-gns gemindert.

Dazu kommt der Mehraufwand bei der Fer-tigung der umrandeten Deckenplatten.

Die durlum-Tochter ZI Jena GmbH besitzt ein Patent auf eine Verfahrensweise, wel-che die angeführten Nachteile aufhebt. Di-es wird durch teilweises Flachwalzen in den Randbereichen und durch das Ausbilden nach innen gerichteter Vorsprünge in den hochgekanteten Rändern erreicht. Die Vor-sprünge garantieren darüber hinaus die Stabilität der Streckmetallplatte.

Des Weiteren lassen sich im flachgewalzten Bereich Vorsprünge [Klemmnocken] an-ordnen, so dass die Deckenplatten durch einen einfachen Steckvorgang in Klemm-profile oder Trageschienen montiert wer-den können.

Durch ein spezielles Verfahren können die spitzen Abschnitte in den Randbereichen abgestumpft werden. Oder die Ränder werden an den flachgewalzten Seiten an den Knotenpunkten durchschnitten, wo-durch scharfkantige Spitzen ebenfalls ver-mieden werden.

PLAQUE EN METAL DEPLOYE

En raison du matériau utilisé, les plaques en métal déployé ont des arêtes vives qu’il est nécessaire d’envelopper en les insérant dans un profilé ou dans un accessoire simi-laire afin de réduire les risques de blessures lors du montage. Selon les exigences au niveau de l’esthétique, cela réduit égale-ment l’effet optique du design.

A cela s’ajoute une augmentation du temps et des coûts de production des plaques en métal déployé munies d’une bordure.

La filiale de durlum ZI Jena GmbH détient un brevet portant sur un procédé permet-tant de supprimer les inconvénients men-tionnés ci-dessus. Ce procédé comporte un laminage en plat dans les zones de bordure et la formation de saillies dirigées vers l’intérieur dans les bordures mises de chant. Les saillies assurent en outre la stabi-lité de la plaque en métal déployé.

De plus, ce procédé permet de disposer des saillies [ergots de blocage] dans la zo-ne laminée en plat, de sorte qu’il est possi-ble de monter les plaques de plafond dans les profilés de blocage ou dans les porteurs à clipser par une opération d’embrochage des plus simples.

Un procédé spécial permet d’émousser les parties acérées dans les zones de bordure. Ou bien, les bordures sont coupées sur les côtés laminés en plat aux points nodaux, ce qui permet également d’éviter des pointes vives.

EXPANDED METAL PANEL

As a result of the material used, expanded metal panels have sharp edges that must be covered by encasement in a profile or similar means to minimise the danger of in-jury during installation. Depending on the aesthetic requirements, the visual effect of the design is also diminished.

Also there is an additional effort required for the fabrication of the ceiling panels with covered edges.

The durlum daughter company, ZI Jena GmbH, owns a patent on a process that eliminates the described disadvantage. This is achieved by partially flat rolling of the edge area and the forming of a projec-tion that is directed inward in the upward bent edge. In addition, the projection en-sures the stability of the expanded metal panel.

Furthermore, in the flat rolled area, projec-tions can be arranged [clamping cams] so that the ceiling panels can be mounted in the clamping profiles or carrier rails by a simple clip-in process.

By means of a special process, the sharp points resulting from the cutting at the edges areas can be dulled or the edges are cut through on the flat rolled sides at the junction points whereby sharp point are also avoided.
