sACCAL’s industrial facility spreads over an area of 15 thousand square meters in Taanayel, a central part of the Lebanese Bekaa, 45 kilometers east of Beirut and 15 kilometers from the Lebanese-Syrian border. SACCAL Industries SAL works in partnership with internationally recognized diesel engine manufacturers, namely DEUTZ, PERKINS, LISTER PETER, MTU, VOLVO, CUMMINS, MITSUBISHI, among others. We also collaborate with the most major suppliers of alternators, such as STAMFORD, SIEMENS, FARADAY, and others.

SACCAL’s automatic control system incorporates the best processors manufactured by the famous DEEP SEA Electronics for both single and parallel operations. Our circuit breakers are also supplied by major worldwide manufacturers. Our high quality automatic transfer switches (ATS) and totalizing panels use the latest technologies in manufacturing and assembly to provide our clients with the safest, most dependable, practical, and durable power solutions.

SACCAL’s generator sets are protected by weather-proof and environmentally-friendly canopies. These compact and elegant canopies are meticulously designed to reduce noise significantly and ensure the highest protection standards (65, 75&85 dBA @ 1m). The sturdy doors and gaskets prevent sound leakage yet the canopies still allow adequate and sufficient ventilation and combustion conditions, while expelling excess heat. Our canopies are equipped with small transparent polymer sheet screens which make it possible to read and monitor counters at any time. Canopies come with a special space for the control panel, an emergency stop button accessible from outside the canopy and optional fuel tanks.

All the moving parts in our generator sets, such as the radiator fan and the ventilation fan, are tightly enveloped with strong-holding wire mesh in order to prevent any accidents as the generator is functioning. Moreover, all exposed metal parts are painted with special durable paints for a high level of protection from corrosion.

Ratings according to ISO 8528 standard @ NTP For derating, please contact us or refer to Genset data sheet.(1) Emergency Standby Power (ESP): Ratings applicable for supplying electrical power in the case of temporary absence of mains network. power available at variable load for a maximum period of 500 hours per year.NO OVERLOAD CAPABILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS RATING.

(2) Prime Power (PRP) -Continuous Duty- Ratings applicable for supplying electrical power in the case of temporary absence of mains network. Continuous Operation 24-hrs per/day under variable load (approximately 75% of the prime power) for an unlimited number of operating hours per year. A 10% overload capability is available for 1 hours in every period of 12 hours of operation.
