Important Instructions1. Application is not transferable and is to be used only for the candidate for whom it is purchased. Application
must be accompanied by the following documents :- a) Two unstamped self address envelope, size 23x10cm b) Proof of Date of Birth issued by the Municipality/Registrar Birth and Death. c) Duly attested Caste Certicate in case of SC/ST candidates. The certicate should be on boy's name. d) For Defence Category-Certicate duly signed by CO in case of serving personnel and an attested copy of
Discharge Book in case of ex-serviceman. e) Four nos. self addressed slips are provided in the prospectus be duly lled in. f) Four Nos passport size photographs. Three of them pasted at spaces provided in Application Form and
Admit Cards and remaining one may be tagged with application.2. The applications will not be accepted after 30 November 2016 by 1300h through any means.3. Applications received without the above mentioned documents and unsigned by the candidate as well as
parent will be summarily rejected and no communication to this effect will be given to the parent. You are,therefore, advised to check the application before sending it to the school.
4. Candidate can choose only one category. For example if a candidate belongs to both SC and Defence then he has to choose any one.
5. Defence Category means wards of serving/retired personal of Army/Air Force/Navy/Coast Guards only.6. The candidates applying through downloaded forms will send Demand Draft in favour of Principal, Sainik
School Kunjpura payable at Kunjpura for Rs. 400/- for General/Defence categories and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST categories.
