Maison Eight consists of the first cocktail bar in Asia by The Maestro, world-renowned bartender Salvatore Calabrese. Salvatore at Maison Eight The bar leads into The Ballroom, a modern reinvention of the classic ballroom with coach built detailing and its very own terrace. Maison Eight also hosts intimate French dining room Esmé elegantly designed with a French flair, & 2 private rooms, LE CLUB 1829 & Le Salon.

Heading the culinary team is Executive Chef and General Manager, Joe Chan who has over 28 years of experience at world-renowned hotels including Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and Hotel du Centenaire (2 Michelin star restaurant). “Our menu takes a classic approach to French cuisine with a pinch of inspiration from my travels,” says Chef Chan.

LE CLUB 1829 is one of Maison Eight 2 private rooms.The lush private room is vintage inspired and is adjacent to the house wine cellar which boasts over 2,300 bottles, all in suede-lined wine racks, including a complete collection of all the cuveé and key vintages of this distinguished brand.
