o Once the meeting is confirmed, update the status in the MIC SPC (Share Point Calendar)

o For top accounts-call to schedule a conference call with Shawn and your sales administrator

B. Retailer Meeting dates (Continued)

o Sample requests or Creative product development requests must be submitted to Shawn and your sales administrator at least 4 weeks prior to the due date.

o Pricing-if you are presenting an item that was priced more than 6 months ago, you must have the item re-quoted. Please complete the ‘NIR Form’ and send to your sales administrator with a cc to Shawn.

C. Account Cards:

o You must submit the account terms with all submissions/requests. (business plans, sample requests, NIR requests, creative product requests, etc.) We will create Account Cards for each retailer and provide to Duke for accurate price quotes.
