• Remove all jewelry, vocera, phone, wallet, ID badge• If long hair, secure in a bun • Cover hair with surgical bouffant hair bonnet• Put on hospital scrubs• Put on blue impervious OR level 4 surgical gown• Wear sterile gloves as designated per role• Wear knee high boot covers• PAPR, with filter and air supply
