Symptom 

Transaction /SAPAPO/RLGCOPY, The Realignment Application with the option 'Import file from server',gives error message/SAPAPO/TS_RLG_CPY088: "Error in row 1: Planning area does not exist", even if you specified a validplanning object structure.This is then followed by another error message/SAPAPO/TS_RLG_CPY039: "There are no copy steps".

Reason and Prerequisites 

Program error. This happens only when the system decides the generated program GP* to run therealignment/copy does not need to be regenerated.Relevant for SCM 5.1 and higher.

Solution 

Apply the attached code correction or the corresponding support package.

For releases SCM 4.1 and SCM 5.0, refer to note 931902.
