QUAD CITIES PICKLEBALL CLUB Indoors at Rock Island Fitness and Activity Center, 4303

24th St, Rock Island, Illinois. Six courts are available, from

7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, March 9, and Saturday,

March 10, 2018.

FRIDAY RECREATIONAL TOURNAMENT Men and Women’s Round Robin with a different partner in

each game. 1.5 rating and above. Pool play determined by

skill level. Game to 11 points, win by 1. Scoring will be

individual Win/Loss record with point differential used to

break ties.

FRIDAY SINGLES TOURNAMENT Men and Women’s singles, double elimination tournament

in two skill brackets.

SATURDAY ROUND ROBIN TOURNAMENT Men, women’s and mixed doubles, 2.5 skill level and

above, Round Robin tournament. Entrants may be limited.

Pool play games to 11, win by 1. Scoring will be team

Win/Loss record with point differential used to break ties. A playoff tournament will be held if time permits.

Tournament director reserves the right to move

players in pools and brackets.

7:30 a.m. – Check in and warm up.

8:00 a.m. – Morning play begins.

1:00 p.m. – Playoff tournament begins.

Six courts, locker room with showers, and whirlpool available to all players.

Note: Proceeds from the tournament go to continuous improvement of the outdoor courts at Mel McKay Park in

Rock Island.
