Spartan Spotlight

Congratulations to Aaron Pendleton, selected by our teachers to represent them as East Ascension High School’s Teacher of the Year! Mr. Pendleton is in his sixth year of teaching and his fourth year at East Ascension High School. He is currently teaching Geometry and Algebra III. He has a Masters of Art in teaching from the University of New Orleans, Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Henderson State University. This is his third year as sponsor of the Philosophy Society, which is a philosophy based club he founded at EA to promote higher levels of awareness, perspective, and the healthy and respectful sharing of ideas. He loves his wife of ten years and his three children. He also loves every student that crosses his path and is dedicated to helping each one grow to become the best version of himself/herself. We are proud to have him representing our teachers and our school! Thank you, Mr. Aaron Pendleton, for your dedication to our students! We are lucky to have you as part of our Spartan family!
