SBA - SENSOR

The SBS-Sensor is used for automatic bottem adjustment when using sectional -, industrial- and high-speed doors. It solves all problems that may occur by elongation of ropes or changes in bottom condition (floor pavement). These circumstances normaly make a readjustment of the final end positions necessary. If you use the SBA-Sensor this is a thing of the past.

Installation of the SBA - Sensors directly at the door Fix the SBA-Sensor with 2or 4 screws (sheet-metal screws M6) directly on the surface of the door. In this case the sensor has to be assembled in a way that the extended plunger is positioned approximately at the same level as the bottom edge of the rubber-lip. The plunger has to be brought in this position by unsrewing it.

During the installation of the SBA-Sensors the whole

unit has to be de-energized!

Installation of the SBA - Sensors in the door plug socket Connect the SBA-Sensor (2-phase) to the existing clamp or clip it on the board in the door plug socket! The GREEN wire (Signal) has to be connected to the OSE rail. The BROWN wire has to be connected to the helix cable.
