Dear Mr Allan Lim ,

With reference to the attached MSDS, the product Alpha (B100) Biodiesel is

not regulated by SCDF.

As such, you do not require a license from us.

SCDF regulates import of Petroleum &Flammable Materials (P&FM) only.

Export of P&FM is not regulated.

To assist you in the checking, pls refer to the attached list of Petroleum

& Flammable Materials( P&FM) products that are controlled by us.

Complete_list_of_licensable_chemicals.xls)

In the case of a mixture, it is considered as controlled by us if the

mixture contains licensable products in it and the overall flash point is

below 61 degree Celsius.
