Each unit, internally and externally, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Unit with one or two doors (it depends of size). Each has a stainless steel frame and a large glass window with lock and key, that can be used to monitor all the stages of processing, and in retail areas as an elegant showcase for the customer Four supporting legs, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable in height gives a perfect stability to the machine (only equipment type 060 is without feet and it must be hung). As an option : 4 wheels (2 of them are equipped with brakes) Each unit is equipped with refrigeration and heating units that allow to reach the desired temperature and humidity very rapidly , keeping these conditions for a long time thanks to the isolation (polyurethane foam density 40 kg/m³) without CFC. (ONE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM FOR EACH EQUIPMENT TYPE 100-150-200-060) (TWO REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS FOR EACH EQUIPMENT TWIN TYPE 100+100) Each unit is also equipped of air renewal system. It is programmable by the controller

The Controller device is a control system, for automatic management of the sequential processing stages. The controller has a highly developed software dedicated entirely to traditional food processing, very intuitive and easy to use.

It has an internal memory available in 128 kb for 150 recipes, including 30 preset recipes for Salami and Sausages, a data trace for HACCP monitoring, a colour display.

with an easy to use graphical interface with icons and messages, allowing the visualization of all the production steps, timing and processing of products, constantly controlling the fundamental production parameters. The unit is equipped with a Data-trace for HACCP monitoring, and for production performance, with serial port output for PC and printers for customized printing of graphs and tables.

Laboratory Equipment type Laboratory Equipment type Laboratory Equipment type Laboratory Equipment type “MMMM” This unit is a new revolutionary machine that reproduces the ideal climatic conditions for the production of tender and tasty DRY-AGED MEAT. Each unit manages, controls and analyzes online : TEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY, VENTILATIONTEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY, VENTILATIONTEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY, VENTILATIONTEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY, VENTILATION.... These are fundamental parameters for the activation of the natural enzymes that break down proteins and connective tissues of the meat, improving it’s sensory quality, defined as tenderness, succulence, and developing its full flavour. The meat to age, is stowed directly into the unit over stainless steels grids. No need for vacuum packaging, (unnecessary plastic material, or other equipment like vacuum packaging machine), enabling production cost savings, reduction of initial investment cost and ambient protection. Small space requirements , only a few centimetres are needed, the unit is equipped with an advanced humidity management system, that can be regulated. This device allows a perfect control of the weight loss of the final product, by extracting, through evaporation, the exact amount of liquids to reach the desired succulence. The condensates are automatically discharged in a container outside the machine. The unit produces tasty tender and safe meat, that can be sliced during the ageing process. Each unit, internally and externally, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Unit with one or two doors (it depends of type). Each has a stainless steel frame and a large glass window with lock and key, that can be used both in meat-laboratories or kitchens with the possibility to monitor all the stages of processing, and in retail areas as an elegant showcase for the customer Four supporting legs, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable in height gives a perfect stability to the machine (only equipment type 060 is without feet and it must be hung). As an option : 4 wheels (2 of them are equipped with brakes)

The purchaser (customer) shall be in charge of supplying all activities and materials identified in the section entitled “EXCLUSIONS” not supplied by Travaglini S.p.A. which may be required for the construction and operation of the plant. The Customer acknowledges to have received a copy of these general terms and conditions of sale and, in affixing his signature to the bottom thereof, declares to expressly accept the contents. Each and every agreement conflicting with the matters laid down here shall be valid only if formulated in writing and specifically approved by Travaglini S.p.A.. Brokers and agents have no right to make commitments on behalf of Travaglini S.p.A.; their offers are subject to approval by Travaglini S.p.A., which reserves the right not to execute a contract until it is confirmed or has started execution as indicated at Article 3. 3. The terms of delivery consider and compute only working days. Delivery will be notified by Travaglini S.p.A. by “notice of goods for delivery” transmitted in writing to the Purchaser: upon receipt of the said notice, the Purchaser is required to effect the payment agreed, independent of any eventual difficulty in or impossibility of receiving the goods. The parties jointly exclude any and all right of the Purchaser to refund of eventual damages due to late delivery. If delivery is delayed due to causes attributable to the Purchaser, Travaglini S.p.A. reserves the right to charge storage costs, in the amount of Euro 100.00= (one hundred/00) per diem, from the date of transmission of the “notice of goods for delivery” in writing to the Purchaser. Unless that customer has given prior written notice that they will only accept delivery of the full order, in no case may they refuse or delay payment for goods delivered on the basis of an order also where only partially fulfilled. Where delivery of the goods is rendered impossible or in any case exceptionally difficult by causes without their control, Travaglini S.p.A. may give written notice of cancellation of the contract. In the event of instalment payments, failure to pay even a single instalment that exceeds one-eighth of the total price shall automatically give rise to termination of the contract, as provided by Article 1525 of the Italian Civil Code, with Travaglini S.p.A. having the right to withhold the instalments received as indemnity as established by Article 1526 of the Italian Civil Code, without prejudice to the right to claim reimbursement of further damages. In cases of late payment, interest on late payment will be applied at the official Bank of Italy discount rate plus one percentage point 8. WARRANTY8. WARRANTY8. WARRANTY8. WARRANTY Travaglini S.p.A. shall, at its discretion, repair, replace and/or reimburse for those parts that are proven to be faulty due to original workmanship defects. This warranty shall be valid for 12 months from the date of the "merchandise ready" notice or as of the shipping date. The parts that demonstrate defects must be returned to our factories at Cinisello Balsamo. In the event that the problem entails making repairs directly at the Customer's premises, the relative costs for travel, room, and board for the technicians shall be charged to the Customer, computed on a time-by-time basis. All shipping costs relative to the merchandise to be repaired or to replace under warranty shall be the expense of the Customer. During the warranty period, any quality faults or defects must be reported to Travaglini S.p.A. no more than eight days after delivery. Except for the repairs or replacements mentioned above, Travaglini S.p.A. shall have no other obligation in the event of defects in the merchandise supplied, particularly excluding the Customer's right to request termination of the contract and/or compensation for any damage. The warranty obligation shall not be valid for breakdowns or defects due to the Customer's inexperience or negligence in the installation or in the use of the machinery, or if the machinery, equipment, or parts thereof have been tampered with or repaired without prior written authorisation by Travaglini S.p.A. In any case, any liability of Travaglini S.p.A. referred to in this article shall be null and void if the Customer is in arrears of payment at the agreed upon deadlines. This warranty does not apply to equipment eventually supplied with the machines or to the components thereof which, due to their material composition or the nature of destined usage, are subject to inevitable deterioration. This warranty supersedes and excludes any other warranty required by law or otherwise, and sets forth the rights of the Customer in terms of defects or quality shortcomings of the machinery, to the unexceptional extent of the law. 9. PLANS AND CHARACTERISTICS The data that refers to details such as weight, size, production, colour, shape, technical characteristics and prices contained in the catalogues, bulletins, circulars, and advertising, and retail prices are not binding. Travaglini S.p.A. remains sole owner of all the plans and other documents and retains all intellectual property rights thereto. Plans or similar documents made available in any way to the Customer may not be copied, reproduced, imitated, nor exhibited to third parties and the Customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to Travaglini S.p.A. by dissemination thereof in breach of this clause. 10. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS The ownership of the goods covered by this contract is reserved, in application of the dispositions of Articles 1523 et seguitur of the Italian Civil Code by Travaglini S.p.A. until receipt of full payment of the purchase price and any eventual further amount due, plus the cost of eventual accessories and/or fitting, without prejudice to the right to claim reimbursement of further damages. The goods sold may be claimed by Travaglini S.p.A., although they be materially connected to or incorporated with other property of the Purchaser or of third parties, also as an exception to the pertaining legal regimen and the norms of which at Articles 934 et seguitur of the Italian Civil Code. The Purchaser, as custodian of the goods, pledges, until such time as they have made full payment of the amounts due to Travaglini S.p.A., to keep them and insure them against damage, destruction, theft and to return them in cases of failure to make payment of the full price. The Purchaser may not remove the machine or transfer them to third parties without the prior written authorisation of Travaglini S.p.A..

PURCHASER’S OBLIGATIONS The Purchaser is responsible for the choice of product and its’ suitability to the purpose, and indeed for all technical indication or instruction given to Travaglini S.p.A. After approval of the design, no further changes may be applied by the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall give Travaglini S.p.A. all reasonable information, co-operation and access to enable Travaglini S.p.A. to fulfil contractual obligations; otherwise the latter is not obliged to provide service or assistance. 12. DISCLAIMER Travaglini S.p.A. shall not be held liable for the failure to deliver the merchandise if, after stipulating the agreement, one of the following circumstances should arise that prevents its execution, either wholly or in part: strike, lock-out, fire, war, uprising, confiscation, seizure, embargo, ban on imports or exports, lack of the appropriate shipping vehicles, lack of material, restrictions in electrical energy or other reasons beyond the control of Travaglini S.p.A. including every act of omission of the Customer or representatives thereof. Travaglini S.p.A. shall not be responsible for compensation for any direct or incidental damage suffered by the Customer in relation to this Contract or to the services of the same relative to the Contract, arising on delays or failure to deliver the merchandise, nor for whatsoever other fact or event not directly attributable to Travaglini S.p.A., nor for any losses arising during the manufacturing cycle of the Customer. 15. This processing, for which Travaglini S.p.A. guarantees maximum confidentiality, is effected out in order to perform administrative, fiscal and accounting requirements and in order to update the customer on Travaglini S.p.A. sponsored initiatives and offers. The Customer may, at any time, by written request to our Data Bank Director, also via fax, have the data updates, adjusted, or deleted, as envisaged by Article 13 of Law No. 196/2003.
