• Meals (10) prepared by the hotels as well as the food services of the Smithsonian and others, Menus chosen
for nutr t ion and variety.
• Transpcrtation by American Coach l ines of Norcross, GA and other fine coach lines, with millions of miles of
safe tra>'el experience. They use well maintained, clean coaches. American Coach has served the AAA Safety
Patrol Trip to Washington for many years. As a licensed common carrier, American Coach Lines carries liability

• Lodging at Dulles Internafional Airport Hilton.
• Trip accident and Illness insurance (secondary) for all participants.
• Admission to Mt. Vernon and Washington Metro (Trip Delegates need only bring about $50 for souvenirs,
etc.) ,
• A full coi ps of chaperones, most of whom are professional teachers
• Uniformed police officers in marked police cars from several jurisdictions
• At least 1 wo registered nurses or other medical personnel at the hotel and with the group at all times
