How to look for journal articles using

SCOPUS

• Go to library web page: http://www.lib.uct.ac.za• Mouse over ‘Search & Find’ click on ‘Databases (A-Z)’

• From the A-Z list click on ‘S’ • Scroll down & click on ‘Scopus’

• Type your keywords or (search terms) in the search boxes• Remember you can add more search boxes by clicking on the ‘Add search field’ link• You can limit your search to articles published between a specific date range.• Click on the SEARCH icon.

• The search found 51 articles. • Click on the ‘Full Text’ icon to read the article or click on the SFX button to see if the

item is available in full text or not.

• Click on either on of the ‘Full text available via’ link

• Choose PDF to read the full text
