    Seamoss Breakast Shake4 bp o almond butter1 cup o maple syrup3 cups o almond milk3 tsp o vanilla extract2 tsp o cinnamon1 tsp o seamoss

    3-4 cups o waterPutting it all ogether

    Blend hot water and seamsAdd almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract andalmond milkBlend until smooth and serve

    Spelt Strawberry Waes

    2 cups o spelt our1/2 cup o almond milk1/4 cup o water1 tsp o seams1/4 cup o agave nectar1 tsp o vanilla extract6 strawberries cut into small pieces

    Putting it all ogether:

    Put spelt our, seams, and strawberry pieces

    Add agave nectar, vanilla extract, water, and almond milkMix together and pour into wae maker and cook

    Cream o Rye1 1/2 cup o cream o rye1/2 cup o water1/2 cup o almond milk1 tsp o vanilla extract1/4 cup o agave nectar

    Putting it all ogether:Add water to a pot and bring to boilOnce boiling, take opt o the reAdd cream o rye mix until thickensAdd vanilla extract, agave nectar and milkStir then serve

    Blueberry Spelt Muns1/4 tsp o sea salt1/3 cup o maple syrup

    1 tsp o baking powder 1/2 cup o sea moss1/2 cup o sea moss3/4 cup o spelt our3/4 cup o kamut our1 cup o almond milk1 cup o blueberries

    Putting it all ogether:Preheat oven to 400F.Place baking cups in a mun pan

    Combine our, syrup, salt, baking powder, and seamoss together inmixing bowl.Add almond milk. MixFold in blueberriesPour into baking cups and bake or 25-30 minutes

    1/2 cup o cold water1/2 cup o resh or rozen papayaPutting it all ogether:

    Blend water and seamossAdd Papaya, milk, and agave nectarBlend till smooth and serve

    Cream o Kamut4 cups o almond milk2 cups o water1 1/2 cup o kamut our1 1/2 tsp o vanilla extract1 cup o maple crystals1 tsp o cinnamon

    Putting it all ogether:Make like cream o rye

    Pasta Salad2 boxes o spelt penne2 avocados cut in small pieces1 1/2 cup o sun dried tomatoes1/2 cup o chopped onions1/4 cup o almond milk1/4 cup o resh lime juice

    3 tbs o maple syrup4 tbs o sea salt3-4 dashes o cilantro1/2 cup o olive oil

    Putting it all ogether:Cook the pasta as directed on packageAdd everything in a big bowltoss until evenly distributed

    Mushroom Patties2 portabella mushrooms1/2 cup bell peppers1/4 tsp oregano 1 Pinch o cayenne pepper1/4 bunch o cilantro4 tbs sea salt1 tsp dill

    2 tsp onion powder1/4 cup o spelt our

    Putting it all ogether:-Soak mushrooms or 1 minute in spring water-Remove and place in ood processor with scallions and bell peppers-Add cilantro, our and other seasonings-Mix thoroughly and orm patties-Place them in heated pan with 2 tbs olive oil-Fry on both sides until done (approximately 3 minutes each)

    Te Greatest Greens3 bunches o mustard and turnips greens 1/2 o each2 cups o chopped onions1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp o cayenne or chili powder3 tbs sea salt

    Putting it all ogether:-heat pan then add onions, cook till golden brown-add greens, cook down or 20 min.

    -season with sea salt, and cayenne or chili powder

    Stufed Bell Peppers1 1/2 cup o quinoa1 lb. oyster or brown button mushroom2 green bell peppers3 tbs olive oil1/2 red bell peppers chopped ne1/4 tsp o ground cumin1/2 tsp sweet basil

    1/2 tsp dill1/2 tsp sea salt2 slices o kamut or spelt bread toasted, crumbled

    Putting it all ogether:-steam bell peppers until tender, then hollow out-place quinoa grain in saucepan with water covering the top-cook low heat until water is absorbed, then set aside-saut mushrooms and red bell peppers in olive oil-season inside bell peppers with some spices and olive oil-mix quinoa, mushrooms, and red bell pepper with remaining

    seasonings-stu bell peppers with mixture, then sprinkle bread crumbs on top-bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees or 10-15 minutes-serve hot and enjoy with a green leay salad

    Vegetable Mushroom Soup1 lb oyster mushrooms, chopped1 cup quinoa1 small red and green bell pepper chopped1 bunch spinach, washed, and steamed

    2 tbs olive oil1/2 lb kamut spiral pastaSpring water2 onions chopped nely2 large chayote squash, peeled and chopped2-3 bunches kale

    Putting it all ogether:-put olive oil in hot skillet-saut mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions slowly or 20 minutes-add mushroom mixture in soup pot and ll with spring water-add chayote squash

    -add thyme, marjoram, rosemary, oregano, red pepper, cumin, clove,and quinoa-Simmer 45 minutes-add Kamut Pasta simmer or 15 min-add spinach, stir, and then serve when tender

    Putting it all ogether:Soak rice in spring water over night or best results-Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside-pour olive oil in hot skillet-Saut vegetables and mushrooms 2-3 minutes

    -Add thyme, oregano, sea salt, and Arican red pepper-Fold in Cooked rice and simmer or 20 minutesip: I you orget to soak rice over night:Par boil rice or 20 minutes set aside loosely covered until rice opens(approx. 2-3 hours)Rinse and cook until tenderOr:Boil rice, adding additional water and stirring as needed until tender.

    -Place mushrooms in water, soak or 1 minute, strain and slice-Season to taste saut or 2 minutes and add 1/2 o saved sauce(see above), set aside or layering.
