Section 6. of Contexts Agreement for Deed (purchase

contract) that each grantee was required to execute and

acknowledge its terms prior to purchasing a Mini-Farms

lot(s) from Context Development Co.:

6. IMPROVEMENTS:

There are presently in place cleared and graded access

roads to the property, which roads do not meet Countyspecifications. Buyer understands that these roads

are the only promised improvements to the property

and that Seller is not responsible for the continued

maintenance of these roads, except as set forth in

Paragraph 7.
