Senior HR ManagerLondon, £70-80k plus benefits A financial services organisation based in central London are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist for a new Senior HR Manager role. Reporting directly to the HR Director this role will manage a challenging client group in a rewarding environment. The role will ideally suit a candidate with experience in either a financial services, banking, property investment or wealth management sectors. This position will suit an ambitious HR Professional who is looking to develop their career in a collaborative, relationship driven environment.

The person:Previous experience in a broad generalist HR essentialStrong ER experience is preferable A candidate who is able to prove they have a successful track record in building effective, commercial relationships This role requires a candidate with a real passion to lead HR in a uniquely demanding but highly rewarding.

About the Role: The successful candidate will work as part of a small HR team and will cover the following main areas; Working alongside the Senior management team this role will provide structured support in all areas of people management Monitor and develop change management plans across the business ensuring the organisation is efficiently and strategically

developed at all timesTake full charge of recruitment across the UK business from initial briefing with stakeholders, through the hiring process and on-boarding of candidatesPersonally lead performance management and assist with any ER issues within the client group, coaching managers and leading cases Working with the specialist L&D and Resourcing teams effectively develop talent and OD plans
