Intro Questions
Services Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) RFI 2
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks feedback from industry on the development of a new Services Multi-Agency Contract (MAC). The Services MAC will enable the federal government to obtain services-based solutions from highly qualified businesses. GSA created the following survey to identify service provider capabilities and their alignment with anticipated requirements. Indicate only experience that you have performed. The scope of the new Services MAC includes multiple services. It is not expected that industry providers be capable of providing all of the services being considered. Questions specific to systems, certifications and credentials may not necessarily be associated with a particular domain. Knowledge gained from this survey will be used to level set industry capabilities relevant to specific scope areas. Therefore, we ask you to answer for every Domain where you're interested in participating in, but not be concerned if there is a capability that your company does not possess. Recognizing the effort it takes to respond to this Request for information (RFI), GSA appreciates and will consider any responses interested parties are willing to provide through this survey, even if all survey questions aren't addressed. This survey will remain open through 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 21, 2021. Any questions relating to this Request for Information (RFI) should be directed to [email protected].

Indicate which of the following services your company has performed or is interested in responding to. Any Domain selected below will prompt additional questions related to those selected Domains to appear later in the survey.
Facilities Services Domain Questions
Facilities Services Domain Services in this domain include any and all services required to maintain and operate buildings, paved services, utilities infrastructure, and real property assets and equipment. This could include major facilities support such as DOD installations, hospitals, cemeteries, and other federal or industrial real property, but does not include major construction. GSA will ask about a wide range of services found in facilities contracts that may not be inherently facilities work. We are including them because of their historical use, but are also trying to determine what commercial practices are in this space (i.e. the reasonableness of including these services on a facilities contract). We seek your feedback on defining Domains and the services included.
For the services listed in this domain, indicate whether your company has performed the work on a facilities contract only, either as a prime, or as a

subcontractor. As mentioned, we will use the responses from this to determine which services are reasonable to include within the Domain, so do not select a choice unless you have actually performed this on a contract, or it may skew assumptions about what are actual commercial practices.
Second, there have been many discussions about Base Operations Support as a Domain. For this market research effort, GSA is partnering with the Air Force Base Operating Support Program and other military partners to define and determine commonality within the scope of Base Operations Support (BOS) as a Domain. However, GSA recognizes that facilities management services may largely be the same as BOS, and is therefore, combining the facilities and BOS Domain questions for this RFI. As such, please respond to this Domain if you provide any facilities services regardless of your specific agency experience.
We are partnering with the Air Force on market research efforts to leverage economies of scale and to simplify and streamline the industry burden required in responding to multiple agency requests for the same information. The information collected from this RFI will be retained for use by both GSA and the Air Force.
