Nyima Cuff

The cuff begins with a meditative gap which evolves into a sparkling white diamond pav bead symbolising an enlightened state of mind. The round shape traces the cycle of day crowned by Nyima, Tibetan for Sun, giver of light, and life. The white diamond pav can be customised

Sos Alliance Bangle

Laughing Skull Phurpa

Making of Precious Locks

Our Lock beads are made by hand using highest quality natural gems. Each lock bead takes over 10 hours to make, passing through the hands of 7 master craftsmen who specialise in the 7 different steps needed to turn raw gems into square beads. No two natural gems share the same colour, therefore, each bead is reviewed individually for quality, size and colour.

Our signature pav beads are made by the artisanal technique of setting gemstones in an 18K gold bead. 4 microscopic grabs hold the gemstones.

ABOUT SHAMBALLA JEWELS

When Mads Kornerup strung together gold beads with a braided nylon thread for the first time in 2001, he was inspired by Buddhist prayer beads. Little did he know that it would mark the birth of an iconic style - the Shamballa Bracelet. Never be-fore had fine jewellery been presented with such refined casualness or offered such a high level of customisation. Following the success of the design, Mads and Mikkel Kornerup established Shamballa Jewels in 2005, in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The brothers continue to create jewellery fuelled by tradition and innovation.
