Supplied in discovery on April 5, 2012 for case #1CA16847-02. Reports falsified on 10.27.2011 by Officers Murra #38335 and Martin #30629 and Lt. Arase #22400 to protect off-duty Sheriff Neil Murchison during a battery investigation at Occupy LA. These reports indicate a Brown & Blue wall of Collusion between the LAPD and LACSD to falsify evidence in order to avoid discipline. These documents would suggest that the LA County Bar Association and the Indigent Criminal Defense Appointments Program work in concert with LAPD and LACSD to falsify reports with indigent "witnesses" who can allegedly only be reached by their bar-panel appointed attorneys (such as bar panel attorney Vanessa Negrete in San Diego) in a flagrant obfuscation of Justice and due process. #pdftribute in Memory of #AaronSwartz.
