Melisa Cross - Melisa is the Wives Behind the Badge, Inc. National Secretary and
Western Auxiliary Assistant. She joined WBTB in January 2012 as the Oklahoma
Auxiliary Director, but after joining the national staff and board of directors stepped
down from the state level to focus on her duties as secretary, working with the auxiliary
directors and helping to build Shield Magazine.

Noelle Butler - Noelle joined WBTB stepping into the media team, helping with the
various social media pages and event fliers. Soon after, she joined the staff of Shield
Magazine as a content creator and writer. Recently, she filled the role of New Jersey
Auxiliary Director and Media Team Director.

Juli McCoy - Juli started her journey with WBTB as a member of the Maryland
Auxiliary and as the National Grant Coordinator. Recently, Juli took over maintaining
the content of the WBTB website, and joined Shield Magazine to coordinate the content
of the magazine to mirror the website itself.

Tabitha Youngstrom - Tabitha started with Wives Behind the Badge, Inc in the So
she became President, leading the organization into a new direction. With her guidance

Jamie Crawford - Jamie joined the WBTB forums in May 2013. Shortly after, she
joined the Arizona Auxiliary as a volunteer and came on to the Shield staff in October of
2013.
