In 2009, he receives the designation Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb) from ADR Institute of Canada (ADR Canada) in recognition of his entire experience in arbitration and a competence at a high level. Chartered ARBITRATOR and MEDIATOR in civil, commercial, corporate and contractual matters ; accredited by ADRIO (ADR Institute of Ontario) and by IMAQ (Quebec Institute for Mediation and Arbitration) (both members of the ADR Institute of Canada group), by ICC Canada (Arbitration Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce), by ICDR Canada (AAA International Centre for Dispute Resolution), by CCAC (Canadian Commercial Arbitration Center), by CAM (Mexico Arbitration Centre), by the Canada Transportation Agency and by Barreau du Québec (Arbitration Committee).
