    every

    city as

    villages.

    Since

    coming to

    Rhodes ia to t r a i n Af r i c an

    with the

    of these

    young

    men They are not on as high an

    academic l eve l as comparable

    c olle ge s tu de nts

    in

    the

    U.S. but

    i t is a del ight to

    teach them.

    They have a good grasp of

    the

    English

    language as well as

    an

    even bet ter knowledge of the i r

    n a t i v e

    Shona . Amer i c an s t u d e n t s

    often

    try to do as

    l i t t l e

    study

    ing as possible but

    here i t

    i s

    qui te the opposite . They are

    very anxious to l ea rn and want

    the

    education. e desire your

    prayers

    for these

    young men

    They have

    many

    obstacles to

    overcome

    and

    many

    temptat ions to

    r s st b u t

    th e

    Lo r d s work need s

    them as

    well

    as many more

    to

    preach the Gospel of Chr i s t .

    Three

    of

    them are preachiftg reg

    ularly on

    Sundays. Often

    i t

    i s not only necessary

    to

    t r a in

    the

    preacher

    but to begin the

    church where the preacher is to

    preach.

    This is also a par t of

    the t ra in ing

    they rece ive . The

    door is

    wide

    open

    in Rhodesia.

    Stewardship and the New

    Testament

    Church.

    plan to

    educate them more thoroughly

    in

    the Gospel of

    Chri s t

    and

    in

    New

    Testament Christ iani ty . Several

    in

    this program.

    time

    we

    are taking

    the

    the Church and

    Teacher Training

    These questions

    were

    denominationalism or

    about

    baptism and

    the p r a c t i c e

    of

    sprinkling e t c . I was

    encouraged

    by the fact

    t h a t

    they were

    thinking about these

    th ings .

    The Fort Victoria

    Church

    has

    invited us back for a preaching cam paign and we plan to take a l l the

    Bible

    College

    campaign.
