TIPS FOR REVIEWING DOCUMENTS

• Organize documents around the 3 domains• At a minimum, work in pairs so one person asks questions and adds findings to Audit Profile while the other person searches and reports findings.• Don’t read into the documents; only record what you find in writing.• If information cannot be found ,simply state “no evidence at this time” and note this area for further clarification or questions in the interviews.
