Dublin Internship & Study Abroad Programs 2013

The Dublin Internship & Study Abroad Program stands out among other ASU study abroad offerings in a number of specific ways:

1) The opportunity to gain a significant amount of international work experience, with an Irish

organization selected specifically for you and based on your own academic interests and career goals! In today's competitive workplace, international work experience, as well as cultural competence and problem-solving skills are critically important. Former students frequently tell us that having the Dublin Program experiences on their resume made a significant difference in terms of their ability to get quality job offers after graduation!

2) It's faculty-led, which are rare among internship-based opportunities. That translates to the highest possible level of on-site student support, as well as an outstanding curriculum and special opportunities for cultural / intellectual engagement.

3) The opportunity to become part of a close-knit group of fellow students. The group synergy on the Dublin program in previous years has been just amazing – most students remain lifelong friends with fellow participants as well as with their Irish colleagues.

4) The opportunity to work with the faculty and your fellow students on engaging, interdisciplinary, sociocultural research, field trips, and explorations. The experience, skills, and knowledge you will develop through the coursework and at your internship will serve you well throughout your life.
