Task 1: Complete Question 2 from an English Language Exam. (Due Thurs 17 th Jan)

Read the extract below:

Task 2 (Due Thurs 23rd Jan)

Write the opening 2 paragraphs of a descriptioninspired by this picture. You should make sure you use a range of vocabulary and sentence structures.

Task 3 (Due Thurs 31 st Jan) Make a final draft of your detailed planning sheet for creative and descriptive writing. This should include details of a character, a setting, a weather condition and some key vocabulary. (This will help you in your Y10 exams)

Task 4 and Task 5 (Be ready for exams on 7 th Feb ) Revision for Y10 Exams: Revise Blood Brothers, Anthology and Unseen Poetry, creative story writing and description, reading skills (analysing structure and language)

Task 6 (Due Thurs 28 th Feb or before) Create a detailed mind map or revision sheet for a character from Sign of Four. Try to include some quotations. Challenge yourself by doing a character you feel you remember less well.
