• The first step in social media is learning to listen before you speak.– Take a week or two and really hone in on who is talking, various angles
on the topic content wise, who drives conversation, who is the brand activist, who is the influencer.

• Use LinkedIn aggressively to prepare for the understanding of who your prospects are.
