BPMS Approach to establishing Processes:

Using the Business Process Management System concept, the business processes are identified based on the business

need. Then each business process is drilled down to a level where the process control is essential to achieve the purpose

of the project. Such candidate processes are mapped using SIPOC and Swimlane Diagrams and implemented to achieve

process standardization.
