1 General Description
This procedure will explain the steps to inspect the Pressure Vessel for re-certification. 2 HES NoticeSome possibility of personal injury may occur before and during activities. The inspectors has injury possibilities to i.e. finger pinch, back injury and falling down.3 Procedural Steps

I.Preparation
1Check all PPE to be worn, all equipment to be used have been calibrated properly, batteries in full capacity, work sheets and conduct daily tool box meeting.
2Obtain Safety Work Permit to Production Control Room and approved by HOM/HOP & Field Superintendent, attach the SOP and JSA related.
3Submit the list of pressure vessels will be inspected to Control Room.
4Inspection step and evaluation shall refer to CICO-QP-INS-009 Procedure For Certification and Inspection of Pressure Vessel
II.Execution
1The Pressure Vessels to be externally inspected is on stream. Do not operate all production facilities. Inform Control Room when anomalies occured.
2Ensure the scaffolding has been properly installed and approved by Scaffolding Inspector as an access to conduct unreachable inspection position (when required).
3Do not remove the painting without permissible of Production Operator in charge.
IIICompletion
1When the inspection of the first pressure vessel completed, inform control room that the inspector will inspect to the next pressure vessel, etc.
2Always keep the work place clean before leaving.
3Report to Production Control Room when inspection job have been finished for the day, sign off the Safe Work Permit and write a note Continued if the job will be continued the next day and Completed if the job have been finished.
