This letter is my personal recommendation for Sophia Herbst. From May 2nd, 2011 - September 2nd, 2011, I was Sophia's supervisor at EveryGuyed. Although only working together during the 4-months of her internship here, I feel I have come to know Sophia well both within the working environment & beyond. It is a testament to her personality & positive attitude that within the short time she worked with us she became good friends not only with her fellow interns, but also many of her superiors.

Every day Sophia would approach her work with enthusiasm & interest, constantly going above & beyond what was asked of her in the pursuit of bettering both herself & our company. Always inquisitive, Sophia edited, produced & developed content to exacting standards without exception, immersing herself in our company & striving to make the most out of every opportunity. Although I could go on about Sophia's work ethic & skill with editorial work, I think I would be remiss to not mention the effect of her personality & attitude within our workplace. Each & every day Sophia brought her positivity into the office & made concerted efforts to engage with her fellow coworkers in productive & meaningful ways. Always encouraging, helpful, & conscientious, Sophia would make the people around her more enthusiastic & engaged with their work, inspiring them by her own example. I cannot stress how sincere my recommendation of Sophia is. She was far & away one of the best interns we have ever had at our company, & had we been able to take her on here at Everyguyed.com in any way, I assure you we would have.
