SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, MARK JAMES BOND, Filipino, of legal age, single, and resident of No. 28 Chile Street Aveo Subdivision, Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint my girlfriend, Ms. Marianne Antoinnete Salonga, Filipino, of legal age, single, with address at 4800 Covent Boulevard Gainsville, Pasay City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and to do and perform the following acts and deeds:

1. To ask, demand, collect and receive the amount of PhP3,720,000.00 (PhP2,000,000.00 principal + PhP720,000.00 interest + PhP1,000,000.00 liquidated damages) in cash payable or owing to me from Joms Yllana. 2. To deposit the whole amount of PhP3,720,000.00 with my account in Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI); 3. To sign, and execute all documentary requirements relative thereto; and 4. To do any and all other acts necessary or desirable in order to effect the foregoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform all acts and things necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation;HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
