5 Testing Conditions

5.1 Testing Environmental Conditions
测试环境条件
Unless otherwise specified, each experiment in the specification should be done under the standard atmospheric
conditions:
a)Temperature:23℃±2℃
b)Relative Humidity:≤75%
c)Atmospheric Pressure:86kPa~106kPa。
除另有规定外,本规格书中各项试验应在以下大气条件下进行:

5.2 Requirements for test instruments and equipment
测量仪表与设备要求
5.2.1 The accuracy of the instrument used to test voltage should be ≥±0.5%。
5.2.2 The accuracy of the instrument used to test current should be ≥±0.5%。
5.2.3 The accuracy of the instrument used to measure time should be ≥±0.1%。
5.2.4 The accuracy of the instrument used to measure temperature should be ≥±0.5%。
5.2.5 During charge & discharge at constant current, the current can be adjusted and the current change should
be within ±1%。
5.2.6 During charge at constant voltage, the voltage can be adjusted and the voltage change should be within
±1%。
5.2.1 测量电压的仪表准确度应不低于±0.5%。

Standard charge

At 23℃±2℃, discharge the cell at 0.5C5A to 3.0V, and then charge
at constant current 0.5C5A, When the cell reaches 4.2V, change to
charge at constant voltage until the charge current ≤0.02C5A.

Charge, age for 0.5h~1h, and then discharge to 3.0V at 0.2C5A. The
test can be repeated 5 times, when one meets requirement, the test
can be stopped.
在 23℃±2℃的环境温度下,电芯按标准充电方式充电后搁置
0.5h~1h,而后以 0.2C5A 电流放电至 3.0V。试验可以重复循环
5 次,当有一次达到要求时即可停止。

Cycle life

At 23℃±2℃, the cell is charged by 1C5A, rest for 5min, and then
discharge with 1C5A. Repeat the charge and discharge in this way
for 10 times, record capacity of 10th cycle as initial discharge
capacity, One cycle is defined as one charge and one discharge,
cycle in this way for 300 cycles.
在23℃±2℃的环境温度下,电芯先以1C5A进行充电,静止5min,
再以 1C5A 进行放电。按照以上充放电方式循环 10 次,将第 10

After charge the cell as per the model of Standard Charge, place it
for 3h at 25℃, and then discharge at 0.5C5A to 3.0V at the
temperature.
After charge the cell as per the model of Standard Charge, place it
for 3h at 60℃, and then discharge at 0.5C5A to 3.0V at the
temperature.
After charge the cell as per the model of Standard Charge, place it
for 3h at -10℃, and then discharge at 0.5C5A to 3.0V at the
temperature.
Record the discharge capacity at different temperature. Compare
discharge capacity at different temperature with the discharge
capacity at 25℃, and calculate the percentage of capacity.
电芯按照标准充电方式充电后,于 25℃温度条件下存放 3h 后,
在该温度下以 0.5C5A 放电至 3.0V;

荷电保持能力
After charge the cell as per the mode of Standard Charging,
discharge at 0.5C5A to 3.0V.Cycle 3 times repeating the above step,
and record the discharge capacity of 3rd time as the original
capacity. And then, after charge the cell as per the mode of
Standard Charging, store it for 28days at 23℃±2℃, and then
discharge at 0.2C5A to 3.0V,and record as the remaining capacity.
After charge again as per standard charge mode, discharge at
0.2C5A to 3.0V, and record as the recovery capacity.
电芯按标准充电方式充电后,以 0.5C5A 放电至 3.0V,重复以上
步骤循环三次,记录第三次放电容量为初始容量,然后将电芯
按标准充电方式充电后,在 23℃±2℃的环境温度下存储 28 天,

After charge the cell as per the mode of standard charging, put it in to
the vacuum chamber. After the vacuum chamber is closed, gradually
reduce the internal pressure to less than 11.6kPa and keep 6h.

后,逐步减少其内部压力至不高于 11.6kPa 并保持 6h。

Vibration
振动
After charge the cell as per the mode of standard charging, fix it on a
vibration table and keep no deformation., Vibrate in sinusoidal and
logarithmic sweep method within 15min from the 7Hz sweep to
200Hz and return to 7Hz. Vibrate the sample in 3 direction
perpendicular to each other. One of directions must be perpendicular
to the surface having the positive and negative of sample. Repeat 12
times in each direction as per the logarithmic sweep method above,
vibration for 3h.
Logarithmic sweep method is as follows: 7Hz~18Hz keep 9.8m/s2
peak acceleration. Keep amplitude in 0.8mm (displacement 1.6mm)
until the peak acceleration reaches 78.4m/s2 (frequency is about
50Hz). Keep 78.4m/s2 peak acceleration until the frequency gets
200Hz.
电芯按标准充电方式充电后,将电池固定在振动台上,不可使电
池变形。采用正弦波进行振动,并以对数扫频方式在 15min 内从
7Hz 扫频到 200Hz 并返回到 7Hz。振动沿样品互相垂直的 3 个方
向(其中一个方向必须与样品正负极所在平面垂直)进行,每个
方向按上述对数扫频方式重复 12 次,振动 3h。
对数扫频方式如下:7Hz~18Hz 保持 9.8m/s2 的峰值加速度。将
振幅保持在 0.8mm(位移为 1.6mm)直至峰值加速度达到
78.4m/s2(频 率约为 50Hz)。保持 78.4m/s2 的峰值加速度直到频
率增长到 200Hz。

After charge the cell as per the mode of standard charging, drop the
cell from the height 1M to the concrete slab. Drop once in the
direction of each surface of battery(total 6 times of test).

Short circuit
短路性能
After charge the cell as per the mode of standard charging, at
55℃±5℃, place the cell with thermocouple in the fume hood,
use copper wires to short circuit the positive and the negative
(total resistance of the circuit 80±20mΩ). Watch the cell
temperature changes during test , when the cell temperature drop
to 20% lower than the peak, end the test.
电芯按标准充电方式充电后,在 55℃±5℃的环境下将接有热
电偶的电芯置于通风橱中,用铜线短路其正负极(线路总电阻
80±20mΩ),实验过程中监视电芯温度变化,当电芯温度下降
到比峰值低 20%时,结束实验。

Extrusion
挤压测试
After charge the cell as per the mode of standard charging, place
the cell between two flat surfaces to press. The pressure vessel is
forced vertically to the cylindrical cell and presses the cell. The
pressure is 13±1KN, once the maximum force has been applied,
or an abrupt voltage drop of one-third of the original voltage has
been obtained, the force is released.
电芯按标准充电方式充电后,放在两个平整的表面进行挤压
测试,压力器必须施加一个与圆柱电芯轴向垂直的力,平压
于电芯。所用压力为 13±1 KN,一旦达到最大压力值或电压
降至初始电压三分之一,即释放压力。

Heat shock
热滥用
After charge the cell as per the mode of standard charging, put
the cell into the chamber, and rise the temperature to 130℃±2℃
at the speed of(5℃±2℃)/min, and keep 30min.
电芯按标准充电方式充电后,将其置于热箱中,然后将热箱
按(5℃±2℃)/min 的速率升温至 130℃±2℃,并保持 30 分
钟。

9 Warranty and product liability
保质期限及产品责任
① The warranty period is 12 months from the date that the products are shipped out from the factory. In the
warranty period, the buyer and the buyer’s user must use and maintain the products in accordance with the
Product Specification Approve Sheet or Seller Product Specification Sheet. For the quality issues caused by
normal use, the seller will repair or replace free of charge.
② Both the seller and the buyer must judge the quality issue according to the Product Specification Approve Sheet
or Seller Product Specification Sheet If the judgment isn’t consistent, please hand in it to the qualified
organization recommended by both parties to test and judge according to the items in Specification Approve
Sheet. If the buyer or the buyer’s user doesn’t use or maintain the product according to the Product
Specification Approve Sheet which lead to the quality issues, the seller won’t have any liability.
① 保修期限为产品出厂之日起十二个月,在保修期内,需方及需方用户必须按照《产品规格承认书》或《供
方产品规格书》的要求进行使用及维护,对于正常使用中出现的供方产品质量问题,由供方免费维修或
更换。

② 供需双方必须按照《产品规格承认书》或《供方产品规格书》的规定对产品品质问题进行判定,如判定
结果不一致,可提交双方共同推举的有资质机构依照《产品规格承认书》内容进行测试判定。对于需方
或需方用户非按《产品规格承认书》所规定进行使用和维护而造成的产品不良,供方不予承担责任。
10 Marks, package, transport and storage
标志、包装、运输和贮存
10.1 Marks
标志
The content of shipping mark card includes the batch No. , grade No. ,voltage, impedance, capacity, and quantity,
as diagram A . If have special requirement, it is negotiated and decided by the seller and the buyer.
There are the shipping label "handle with care", "afraid of wet," "upward" and other necessary marks on the outer
of carton. The shipping label outside the carton includes order No. ,customer name, battery model, rated capacity,
quantity packed, gross weight, batch No., inspector, manufacture date and manufacturer, as diagram B. If have
special requirement, it is negotiated and decided by the seller and the buyer.
出货标签内容包括:批次、档次、电压、内阻、容量、数量(如有特殊要求,需供需双方共同协商确定)。
包装外箱上应有外箱标签及“小心轻放”、“怕湿”、“向上”等必要标志,外箱标签包括:订单编号、客户名称、
电池型号、额定容量、包装数量、毛重、批号、检验员、生产日期及制造厂商(如有特殊要求,需供需双
方共同协商确定)。
10.2 package
包装
The box having the cells should be placed into the dry, dust-proof, and moisture proof cartons, and then place the
cartons on the pallet, as the picture below. If have special requirement, it is negotiated and decided by the seller and
the buyer.
装有电芯产品的包装盒应放在干燥、防尘、防潮的包装箱内,再将包装箱放在托板上打包成托(如有特殊
要求,需供需双方共同协商确认),如下图:
10.3 Transport
运输
For sea or land transportation, the SOC(State of Charge) of cells shall be 40% ~ 60%. The cells should be packaged in
carton for transportation. Avoid strong vibration, impact or extrusion and prevent the sun and rain to cells during
transportation.
如果电芯采用海运或陆运方式运输,则电芯带电量应为 40%~60%。电芯应包装成箱进行运输,且运输过程中
应防止剧烈振动、冲击或挤压,防止日晒雨淋。

10.4 贮存 Storage
The cells should be charged once every six months during the storage.
Use the cells in stock and delivery the cells, should follow the principle “first in first out”.
电芯在贮存过程中应每六个月充电一次。
电芯的加工过程中使用库存电芯和电芯交货出库时,均应该遵循“先进先出”的原则。
11.Safety Regulations and Instructions
安全规程和使用说明
11.1 Danger warning(not applicable for the safety performance test undertaken by professional)
危险警告(专业人员对产品进行安全性能测试时,以下警告不适用)
11.1.1 Don’t assemble the battery
The protection circuit inside the battery pack can avoid the danger. Inappropriate disassembly will damage
the protection function and cause the cell heat, smoke, deformation or burning.
11.1.2 Don’t short circuit the cell
Don’t connect the positive with the negative by the metal. Don’t store and move the cell together with the
metal. If the cell is short circuit, the large current will flow through and damage the battery, causing the
battery heat, smoke, deformation or burning.
11.1.3 Don’t heat and burn the battery
Heating and burning the battery will cause the separator melt, safety function failure or electrolyte burning.
Overheating will cause the battery the battery heat, smoke, deformation or burning.
11.1.4 Don’t use the battery near heat
Don’t use the battery near fire, the oven or the environment more than 60℃Overheating will lead to short
circuit inside the cell and cause the cell heat, smoke, deformation or burning.
11.1.5 Don’t wet the battery
Don’t wet the battery, let alone the battery into water. Or else, it will cause the function of protect circuit
inside failure and abnormal chemical reaction, and the battery may heat, smoke, deform or burn.
11.1.6 Don’t damage the battery
Don’t use the metal to cut into the cell, hammer, or beat cells, or other means to damage the battery,
otherwise it will cause the battery heat, smoke, deformation or burning, or even dangerous.
11.1.1 禁止拆装电芯
电芯内部具有保护机构可以避免发生危险。不合适的拆装将会损坏保护功能,将会造成电芯发热、冒
烟、变形或燃烧。
11.1.2 禁止让电芯短路
不要将电芯的正负极用金属连接,也不要将电芯与金属放在一起存储和移动。如果电芯被短路,将会
有超大电流流过,将会损坏电芯,造成电芯发热、冒烟、变形或燃烧。
11.1.3 严禁加热和焚烧电芯

11.2.1 Manual
Before using the battery, please carefully read the manual and often need to read.
11.2.2 Charge
①Please use specified charger to charge the battery. If using non-specified charger to charge the battery, it
may cause the function loss of the cells and abnormal chemical reaction, the battery may heat, smoke, deform
or burn.
②The max voltage of charge should be less than 4.20V. Even consider the accuracy of voltage control, the
max voltage of the cell should be 4.25V. If the charge voltage exceeds the max value of specified range, the
cell performance will be significantly reduced, even not be used.
③Charge temperature range is 0℃-45℃. In the environment beyond this range, it may degrade the cell
performance and short cycle life.
11.2.3 Discharge
①Discharge current should not exceed the current specified in this Specification. If the current exceeds the
specified value, it may degrade the cell performance and shorten cycle life.
②Discharge temperature range is -20℃-60℃. In the environment beyond this range, it may degrade the cell
performance and short cycle life.
11.2.4 Avoid the children touching with the battery
Keep the battery out of reach of the children.
11.2.5 Replace the cell in time
During the course of using the cell, if find the discharge capacity is less than 60% of rated capacity or the
cell performance degrade obviously, please replace the cell in time.
11.2.6 Safety use
Before use the cell, please discuss with the seller about the perfection and reliability of protection function.
The design engineer who will put the battery into use should design the control circuit having charge
temperature range 0℃~+45℃, and the protection circuit of rapid charge.
